ILERA HRM Study Group General Information The HRM Study Group of the International Labor and Employment Relations Association (ILERA, formerly IIRA, http://www.ilo.org/ilera) invites expressions of interest in taking part in the group’s activities. The HRM study group covers all aspects of human resource management. The objectives of the study group are: to provide a forum for academics and practitioners to exchange research proposals and to discuss issues related to human resource management theory and practice; to develop a network to discuss matters relating to the teaching of human resource management; and to cooperate with other academic and professional organisations in the field Anyone wishing to become a member of the study group is invited to contact the coordinators of the study group:
